Coil sourcing & slitting
Prime GI and PPGI coils are inspected for gauge and coating, then slit to the exact width each profile needs.

Roll forming
Coil runs through profiled rollers to become purlins and sheets — dimensionally consistent, length after length.

Coating & finishing
Color coating, punching and edge treatment give every piece its weather resistance and clean fit.

Fabrication & assembly
CNC cutting, ventilator assembly and made-to-order components are built and quality-checked in-house.

Bundling & dispatch
Finished material is bundled, labelled and loaded for delivery to site anywhere in the country.
